I am a nationally certified sex therapist (aka tons of training) and specialize in sexual health issues such as little to no interest in sex, men's and women's sex concerns, erectile dysfunction, sexual pain, infidelity, sexual identity, midlife and post-menopausal issues.

Most of my clients come to me because they’re struggling with their sex life and they’re pretty sure it’s all their fault. They’re not having the kind of sex that they want or sex has just become an enormous problem in their relationship. I often find that at the root of these issues surrounding sexuality is shame. Sometimes that shame is connected to: poor self-esteem or body image, believing you don’t deserve sexual pleasure, a belief that whatever you’re into is just too "weird" and you want to feel “normal” but can’t shake this particular desire, or societal & cultural expectations of gender roles.

As a licensed psychotherapist and life coach with more than 35 years of experience, I bring energy, compassion and insight to my practice to support clients in their overall health and well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State who works from a CBT perspective but does utilize a collaborative style. My approach is to work with you and help you realize your strengths and to find healthy ways to cope with difficult situations in your life. I work with adolescents(13-18), adults and geriatric on a variety of mental health concerns, however, I specialize in helping individuals with mood disorders and sexual addiction/dysfunction.

I am a somatic and relationship therapist, and provide both individual and couples therapy. For adults and adolescents dealing with various types of trauma from developmental to acute, I use Somatic Experiencing as well as IFS (internal family systems) to help you heal the intensity of your experience of past events that may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed and settle your nervous system in the here and now. For couples I use Gottman Couples Therapy to help you improve communication, and work through things from infidelity to parenting to navigating relationship changes. I also provide sex therapy to individuals and couples.

Caleb is Certified in the Treatment of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, with a Masters of Psychology in Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Caleb specializes in helping men work through sex addiction but provides counseling services for all kinds of addictions. He also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

I understand every person’s story and situation is unique and valid. I'm intentional about developing trust and creating a judgment free space. I view counseling as a collaborative process where my primary goal is to meet you at whatever point in your journey you are today. I’m a life-long learner - I stay up to date with the most effective relationship & trauma therapy techniques as a CEU consumer and an adjunct instructor. I teach master’s level couple & family therapy courses. I practice Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which integrates empirical evidence on what makes love last.

Couples and individuals I support often say they feel like they’ve "lost themselves" in their relationship(s). They feel like they have become roommates, communication is "non-existent," and at times aren’t even sure who they are anymore. Couples and individuals who see me benefit from learning concrete communication skills in the context of each partner's unique backgrounds and personalities, while doing so in a safe space with the support of a third party (me!). My clients explore patterns of codependency, the role anxiety can play systemically, and are willing to slow themselves down to learn about their role in the relationship.
