I have worked with individuals with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating issues, substance-use, and self-harm. My approach is mainly psychodynamic with the incorporation of key CBT interventions to engage clients. I seek to provide a safe space for clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I am also creative and curious.

In my sessions, I employ gestalt therapy techniques like chair work as well as guided imagery, utilizing expressive arts with movement/music/visual art/poetry and/or drama. In general, I am not aiming to hand-out quick fix with my therapy sessions. Instead, I lead them to realizations or self-guidance to help each person to step forward in his/her life.
