My name is Christine Osmundson. I am a licensed private practice online Telehealth provider practicing in Colorado and Utah with the Sondermind and Tava Health Networks. I have a master's degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and 1 year of post graduate studies towards a Ph.D. in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Institute in London, England. I've worked with several populations of individuals, couples and families for over 25 years within several capacities i.e., psychiatric inpatient, residential, day treatment, school, mental health centers and private practice.

My approach is very relationship based, incorporating fundamentals of clinical practice...including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and psychosocial approaches. I am very holistic and work with the person in the situation and the system. My approach to psychotherapy is centered around you, the client.
