I have been blessed with the heart for serving others. For the past 15 years, I have worked in various roles with children of all ages. While working with children at a youth residential shelter, I discovered the extensive amount of children that were involved in the juvenile justice system in our area, as well as the amount of children needing mental health services. For the last 8 years, I have worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist providing applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy) to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

My ideal client struggles with insecurities, fears, has low self- esteem, and difficulties to identify his or her strengths. He or she has fears, and anxieties, and create the worst possible case scenarios in his or her inner dialogue for situations that he or she finds threatening or challenging. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.

I will start by offering you support, acceptance, and guidance in a safe, cordial setting. My goal is to help you understand, manage, and resolve whatever difficulties you may be facing so that you can begin to maximize your quality of life with the confidence, success, and peace that you deserve. I will assist you in discovering and developing personalized, effective problem-solving strategies that will help you achieve the outcomes you desire.
