I am a registered psychotherapist and art therapist with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages with a variety of challenges. My expertise lies in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as marital and parenting issues. I approach my work from a CBT perspective as I find this is a sound and practical platform but do tailor the therapy to other modalities if necessary. I integrate mindfulness into my work as well.
