We start with a free 15 minute consultation providing an outline of your concerns in real time. We then complete a bio-psycho-spiritual-social to help us move through a framework of your life forming a deeper understanding of your overall construct. We then incorporate both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to treat post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, substance use, adolescent challenges and life transitions.

I'm a dynamic and seasoned professional with over 20 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with addiction and substance use, have experienced trauma and/or suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My practice consists of individual, family, couples and adolescent therapy. I am certified in Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) and Credentialed Alcoholism Substance Counselor (CASAC).
