Rocky Mountain Therapy Group is a Colorado-based counseling service offering tele-therapy across the state and ‘in person’ indoor or outdoor park therapy services in the Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs. All of our providers are able to provide faith-based Christian counseling upon request. We are a group of therapists with a variety of experience - you will find providers with extensive experience working with children, preteens, and teenagers, as well as therapists who specialize in working with adults and with couples. Our therapists are client-centered, compassionate, and have a passion for facilitating growth and healing.

Now accepting practicum and internship students. Our private practice has two locations, in Pueblo and Canon City Colorado.   We are an intimate group of therapists striving to meet individuals where they are in the journey to better mental health. I would love to take this journey with you! I work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples who experience depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, substance misuse, personality disorders, and end of life challenges. I utilize a holistic approach to understand the impact that biological and environmental factors have on your mental health while incorporating DBT, CBT, art/play therapy, existential/LOGO therapy, and Jungian therapy.

We all know the signs – a heavy heart and a restless mind. Sleepless nights, joyless days, grumpiness, stress. constant crisis, overwhelming emotions. It's not working. But there's a way that works. Therapy works. You can calm those big feelings and make good choices. My clients and I work together like a basketball team moving the ball down the court. We pass the ball back and forth, sharing ideas, noticing themes, clarifying values, shaping your vision until you’re ready to take the shot. My approach is deeply collaborative and research-based. I’m strongly informed by CBT, DBT, Hypnosis, EMDR, Polyvagal and Neurodivergent Theory.

As a licensed psychologist, I am now in a position to help those in need spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically. I believe that my purpose and calling in life is to serve others, particularly women, to achieve their best selves underneath the pain and turmoil of daily life. I believe that success in relationships, family, and employment are central to our mental health. With my broad experience from an inpatient hospital setting, I am well equipped to assess and treat both simple and complex issues. Within the domains of psychology and Christianity, my natural inclination is to bring meaning and an end to suffering.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, with extensive experience working with seniors, I have a strong background dealing with chronic illness, grief and loss, women's issues, co-dependency, addiction, and a multitude of other subjects. I accept adolescents from the age of 14-18, adults 18-60, seniors 60 and above. I have worked with couples, individuals and families.

My background is in school counseling and my passion is working with teens/kids. I worked for 3 years as a school counselor before switching to my LPC and doing private practice. There I also focused my practice on meeting the needs of teens/kids and working with families as well. I most recently worked in the community with a foster care agency, again working with kids/teens before going back to private practice. I do enjoy working with teens/families but also see individuals of all ages as well as couples.

After a life changing event in 2010, I dedicated my career and life to helping others find their peace and build their mental health to new levels. I'm just a down to earth, straight-forward guy that approaches situations with logic and ration! I love working with couples, and people that need a confidence boost!

andi Gilliam-Elliott holds a master’s degree in Social Work in the State of Colorado and is in the process of obtaining her License as a clinical Social Worker. Her background includes degrees from Colorado Christian University and Newman University (Colorado). She is a military veteran with experience in the medical field, child abuse, individual & family therapy, children with special needs and school social work. She is currently a mental health provider for students with special needs on IEP’s.

Status: Code 4, Inc. (SC4i) was created following the numerous reports of First Responder suicides across the United States and Canada. First Responders are civilian and military members who perform law enforcement, firefighter, EMS, dispatch and other emergency services. Dr. Crampton retired as a paramedic after 25 years in EMS, which gives SC4i a unique position to intimately understand the stressors associated with being a First Responder. The results of these stressors contribute to a vast number of issues. These issues include depression, anxiety, PTSD, Compassion Fatigue, divorce, domestic violence, and substance abuse.

I have several years of experience working with adolescents struggling with eating disorders and enjoy working with individuals and families needing support with eating disorders, depression, anxiety and self-harming behaviors. I have worked in private practice, partial hospitalization programs and residential settings, both with children and adolescents.
