I am a seasoned therapist and a go to person when you are suffering with loss, relationship issues or going through transitions in your life. Worry, depression and anxiety are often a consequence. I use my expertise from my 20 years in a therapeutic practice to guide clients to be able to manage their lives, have less anxiety, and be more confident. As a licensed psychologist for 17 years, I'm devoted to the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families. I've worked in various medical and educational settings and am licensed in NJ, NY and FL. I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of psychological and behavioral disorders, including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, school refusal, divorce, adolescent issues, & behavior disorders. I am skilled in psychological testing of children, adolescents, and their families and conduct psychoeducational evaluations for school placement. I am available for in-person and virtual sessions.

As such, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches. I find that Psychodynamic Therapy can be particularly beneficial for those who have lost meaning in their lives or have difficulty forming or maintaining relationships.
