Hi, I'm Lei Raiza! I’m an Associate Clinical Counselor, but you might also call me a self-healing supporter and wellness enthusiast. I help clients who want to get started on their healing and wellness journey but don’t know or where to begin. So much of what happens to us in our life is kept silent because of shame or embarrassment- and the fear that no one will really understand what we are going through.
