I work with clients to create a custom plan that addresses a variety of issues from the stresses of everyday life to managing specific incidents. I believe in a client-led approach and that you have the knowledge for your success. I like to work collaboratively with each client and family to utilize their unique strengths to foster that success. My goal during therapy is for clients to recognize their barriers through a different perspective so they feel they have the ability to make meaningful changes.

My primary focus is on relevant life issues with core content areas including: pre-marital, marriage, family (parenting/child rearing), life balance, self-care: spirit, mind, body health/wellness, spiritual growth and maturity, and addictions/chemical dependency. I have a specific passion for working with couples, families, women and young adults.

We have all felt the rumblings and eruptions of change in our personal and collective world the last few years. It is in compassionate and dynamic response to these changes that I have evolved in my practice as well. It is my great privilege and honor to serve those who are yearning for a spiritual component to guide and illuminate their personal and relational therapeutic work. It is my clinical and personal perspective that when we embrace our own deeply personal divine gifts, the potential for living a life of meaning and purpose arises. As we embrace the change within ourselves, we become the change our world so needs now.

I have been a child therapist for over 30 years. I use various techniques which are considered helpful to children with emotional/behavioral issues I also work with adults who are struggling with Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse problems. I believe that all individuals have the tools within to heal themselves and that healing is an ongoing journey in our lives. I am an independent, licensed and board certified, psychologist. Working with people in a kind and respectful manner is extremely important to me. I have extensive experience with clients from children (3 y.o. and older) through adult (including elderly). I provide a welcoming and relaxed office environment.
