Dr. Rozemarijn (Rosie) Staal is a warm and caring clinical psychologist who has been trained to use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy to help individuals improve their overall emotional well-being. In clinical practice, Dr. Staal focuses on delivering evidence-based treatments, and she has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of emotional and behavioral concerns, in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.

Dr. McFarland is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor as well as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. Tamara is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator trained by Dr. Brené Brown and her team. Tamara studied marriage and family dynamics in her doctorate program. She is certified in the Gottman marriage counseling method I & II and utilizes Sue Johnson's theory of Emotionally Focused Therapy for repairing attachment in couples work. Tamara is trained in EMDR therapy I & II which is used for treating trauma.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from various walks of life and experiencing different struggles. I have particular experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and helping them build cognitive and social skills. I aim to create a safe environment, strong therapeutic relationship, and to provide beneficial and creative resources and techniques to help you reach your goals. Even though I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, I have a particular passion working with children at least 4 years of age, adolescents, young adults, and parents.
