My passion for helping people has led me down the path of specializing in these areas ADHD, ODD, PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and anxiety. The treatment methods I use vary depending on the individual and what goals you are trying to attain. I use several different techniques including: CBT, Client Centered, AAIT, and Relational techniques. I love working with people of all ages and collaborating with my clients to ensure that they are getting the treatment they deserve.

I partner with clients to help them create significant transformations, i.e. help change their point of view about problematic concerns, change behaviors that need to be increased or decreased and change longstanding destructive patterns to new life enhancing choices. I rely heavily on scientific findings to facilitate human change. There are varieties of effective traditional and modern psychological treatments such or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Cognitive behavioral therapy is the gold standard for anxiety, depressions, phobias and fears.

Hi! My name is Dr. Bianca Clark, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have a doctorate degree in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, I have a bachelor's and master's degree in social work. My bachelor's degree is from Loyola University Chicago and my master's degree is from Chicago State University. My background includes mental health, juvenile delinquency, and child welfare. I have worked in behavioral health, outpatient mental health, psychiatric services, crisis, and juvenile justice centers.

I believe in facilitating a therapeutic space through the use of empathy and compassion. I rely on utilizing the tools of Person-Centered Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to aid in building a strong therapeutic bond.
