I use a collaborative style, making the individual an active participant in the process. We will work to define the most serious problems, set realistic expectations, and focus on symptom reduction. I have great confidence that the behavioral health therapy we provide to the community will assist individuals and families in achieving emotional wellness and stability. I completed my undergraduate work at Carthage College in Wisconsin, and my masters degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have a history of working for 10 years in the crisis department of a behavioral health hospital both as a therapist and a manager.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. I received a Master's Degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I specialize in addictions, eating disorders, trauma, self-harm behaviors, depression, and anxiety. I work with adolescents and adults. I have a holistic, strength-based, and direct therapeutic approach to empower my clients to build and sustain a meaningful life. My goal is to build real and lasting change. Caty works with clients of all ages providing individual, family and couple’s therapy. She has experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, divorce and borderline personality. Caty aims to provide a safe and empathetic environment where clients can work through their life problems while providing them with the tools they need. She works with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and ethnicities.

With over 15 years clinical experience in the treatment of: children, adolescents, and adults, she holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Children and Adolescents. She continues to work on interdisciplinary teams within community mental health, private practice, churches, schools, and within the corporate sectors. Dr Battle is a mental health subject matter expert for several national and international organizations. She regularly participates in discussion panels on a range of topics regarding mental health/wellness and suicide prevention as it relates to youth.

Hi! My name is Dr. Bianca Clark, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have a doctorate degree in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, I have a bachelor's and master's degree in social work. My bachelor's degree is from Loyola University Chicago and my master's degree is from Chicago State University. My background includes mental health, juvenile delinquency, and child welfare. I have worked in behavioral health, outpatient mental health, psychiatric services, crisis, and juvenile justice centers.
