For over 35 years,I have been helping adolescents ,adults and families. I enjoy my work as a psychologist and the relationships that I establish with people. Over 30 years as a counselor and psychologist in a variety of settings and my experience with a wide range of individuals has informed my practice. Each person brings unique strengths to therapy that I seek to harness to help them improve in functioning, happiness, and growth. Psychodynamically trained, I like to combine insight with practical, concrete suggestions to allow people to make the changes they want to reach their goals. I am an active therapist who provides frank feedback and a cognitive behavioral focus.
