Bolivar is a native of South Florida, where he attended Florida State University’s School of Social Work. His studies focused on child welfare and cultural studies. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Social Work. Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Bolivar knew his life’s work would be helping youth overcome trauma and strengthen families. These passions led Bolivar to a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child Welfare Studies.

Currently accepting new clients. I specialize in helping people think about how to improve their relationships, their emotional health and their lives. People often call because they are needing someone to think with them during a difficult season of life. They may notice unhealthy relationship patterns (disconnection, conflict, severed relationships), they may be struggling with a particular transition (transitioning to adulthood, parenting, loss), or they may be struggling to cope with some intense feelings (grief, sadness, anxiety). I would be happy to help you think about how you would like to meet the challenges you are facing.

My passion and experience for helping others create a warm, trusting atmosphere where clients can share their stories and process their feelings. Each person is the expert on their own life, and so, together, we develop healthy strategies that will lead to emotional health, greater self-esteem, and improved relationships. We are living in fascinating times, which can be both exhilarating and terrifying. I encourage embracing the sometimes messy entirety of what life rolls out for each individual.

My role as a Psychotherapist, is to be a guide of encouraging, supporting people to learn ways to cope and grow. I am frequently a medium to help others to learn how and when to be flexible in living a more stress free and harmonious life.

Amelia Turvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master's of Arts in Counseling. Amelia is trained in addiction counseling, cognitive-behavioral, Mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic working with ages eight through seventy-five. She has been telehealth trained and focuses on collaborating with her clients to create a holistic view. This is done by inquiring about the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual parts of their lives while creating a stronger sense of self.

Kristin Keys is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping her clients make positive changes in their lives. She specializes in working with adult individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustment issues. Kristin also provides parental counseling. As a mother, Kristin understands the struggles parents face. Kristin would describe herself as a goal-directed therapist. She is supportive in helping her clients identify their mental-health goals and what they want to gain from therapy. She then works collaboratively with her clients to help them implement strategies to achieve those goals.

My experience includes consulting in inpatient psychiatric and hospitals, medical/surgical hospitals, nursing homes, pain management clinics, and private practice. I've designed an integrative method based on the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) to neuro-physiologically strengthen the body for trauma processing; Brainspotting and EMDR training to systematically and intuitively identify and process to resolution the major issues and deeply seated sources of negative beliefs and negative self image. CRM and Brainspotting, brain based therapies, evolved out of EMDR and are highly effective for a broad range of psychological trauma resolution, performance blocks, ADHD, complex PTSD, substance abuse, etc.
