Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Registered Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and EMDR Certified Therapist. My specialty is working with children, adolescents and adults that struggle with depression, anxiety, attachment issues, grief and complex trauma. Please note: only those who have RPT or RPT-S credentials have the qualifications and training required by the Association for Play Therapy to be certified as Play Therapists. I have had the honor of conducting professional counseling services since 2007 as an Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I consider myself to be a mental health clinician. Client empowerment, rapport building, and a unique ability to teach clients to unlearn unhealthy coping skills and to relearn healthy coping skills are my strengths. Strong focus is given to emotional regulation and assessing emotional dis-regulation symptoms in clients. The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the treatment orientation I use the most with my clients.

I believe children have an innate ability to grow in a positive direction.
