Even though my clinical caseload is full and I am no longer accepting new clients, I’m happy to help you with finding a good match for a therapist. There are several clinicians at ATC who are all under my clinical supervision and/or consultation and available right away to get started.

Deciding to engage in therapy is an important step in one’s life and I am honored by the opportunity to join in this journey with you. My work with clients begins from a place of genuine curiosity and authenticity. As a relational-cultural narrative therapist I believe that the person is not the problem. The problem is the problem and we work together to develop and implement effective tools aimed to address the problem. People are also defined by stories. When these stories become problematic, people can become stuck. Together we will examine these stories and help you develop new and healthy stories for your life.

Therapy is a safe and private space in which you are able to deepen your understanding of your capabilities and choices you can make in life. Through providing positive and feedbacks, I will assist you to acquire a healthy set of coping skills and gain more insight about your psychology. This insight will eventually “unstuck” you from repeating unhealthy behaviors by breaking old patterns and developing new ones.

I use an in-depth focus that has a practical application. I understand past and present difficulties within the context of family relationships. I think of each person as dynamic and changeable. When a person comes to me for help, I understand that person to be stuck in ways that are out of their conscious awareness. Work and/or relationship functioning can easily be blocked or limited. Hi there, welcome! My specialty areas include trauma, relationships and body image issues. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, my passions include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism, PDA traits). As a neurodiversity affirming provider, I see all neurotypes as equal, and not an issue that needs "treatment". Rather, it is a process of finding your way back to yourself and who you really are. Additionally, I work with the ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink/BDSM community. I work with individuals, teens, and couples and enjoy working with all relationship structures.
