Dr. Hunter is a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist and Licensed Psychologist in Washington and Arizona. He has a postdoctoral Certificate of Specialization in Neuropsychology. He provides forensic psychological evaluations and expert opinion for a broad range of civil, criminal, and family law applications, including personal injury litigation, IME, CR-35, parenting evaluation in custody litigation, mitigation prior to sentencing, diminished capacity, evaluations for mitigation in capital sentencing, "Miller" evaluations, and many other areas.

Frequently, they are processing trauma, striving to develop a balanced sense of self, and learning how to navigate relationships.

Dr. Tutty provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents who may be struggling with ADHD (executive functioning), Autism, Learning Disabilities, Twice Exceptional, Anxiety, Depression, as well as counseling for children affected by high conflict divorce. Dr. Tutty also provides counseling to children and adolescents for these issues (most insurance plans accepted). In addition, Dr. Tutty provides forensic psychological services to adults in need of mental health and parenting evaluations, as well as personal injury evaluations (e.g., TBI), which are not covered by insurance.

Dr. Tutty is a licensed forensic psychologist who has particular expertise in evaluating both youth and adults over the past 20 years who find themselves at crossroads with the court system, such as family (e.g., custody, relocation), tort (e.g., personal injury), and criminal (e.g., domestic violence, drug/mental incapacitation) matters. Dr. Tutty regularly evaluates and testifies on these matters across multi US States, and collaborates with his forensic team to provide a comprehensive evaluation to the courts to inform best interest recommendations for the parties.
