I am a senior, experienced and ethical psychotherapist who works with adults, couples and families within the context of individual, group and couples therapy. My work with you is strength-based and solution-focused and will help you with coping and self-help strategies, communication and conflict resolution skills, resolve emotional conflicts, and increase satisfaction with your life and functioning. I treat all mood illnesses and adjustment disorders, such as life stages, transitions, and negative stressors. I'm experienced with extensive and diverse populations and cultures, and have knowledge with illness and disabilities.

Vivian Sockol is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) with over 30 years of experience providing support for children, teens, adults couples, and families.Vivian completed her undergraduate degree in Special Education and Elementary Education at the State University of New York in Geneseo and received her Master’s degree and Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology at Boston University. She completed her dissertation regarding student-athlete stress, researching how to improve this area within academic systems.

Donna Hayes is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has 12 years of experience in the mental health field. Donna has a great deal of experience working with dual diagnoses, personality disorders, various mood disorders, crisis intervention, and Community Mental Health Services. She is passionate about working with young adult and college age individuals who may be struggling to cope with the overwhelming stressors and anxiety of their new life transitions.

My approach with clients recognizes that most people are looking for tangible help, don't have a lot of time between work and family, and want to feel like they are moving toward a better understanding of solutions to address their difficulties. Dr. Saumya Sharma is a Clinical Neuropsychologist in Massachusetts who received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Boston University. She completed her clinical internship in adult/geriatric neuropsychology at the Boston V. A. Medical Center.
