She works with the individuals who are between 2 years and 65 years old

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral approach along with a Dialectical Behavioral approach in order to challenge and reframe thoughts along with developing healthy coping strategies to counteract emotional distress. I work from a collaborative approach with the individual, family, and or couple to outline strength based goals, increase awareness, and validate given information provided.

I am also certified to counsel women and families during pregnancy, the post partum period, and support to those experiencing fertility issues.
