I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders. I use an integrative approach to treatment with basis in cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I believe that the client is his/her own expert. We take a journey together and find ways to improve the quality of his/her life.

The decision to start therapy can be one of the hardest to make, but together we can build a secure and safe space without judgment to start your emotional healing process. A space filled with compassionate self-reflection and growth. I have 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly within a variety of mental health settings. I strive to help you find a better understanding of who you are based on all that you’ve been through in the past/present, and work with you to replace unhealthy patterns of behavior and improve coping skills to achieve a better quality of life.

Many young people today feel invisible. My goal is to make them feel seen, heard, and understood. As a former teacher and a current school counselor, I have been in education for fifteen years and have made it my mission to help kids and teens feel safe and supported. I empower youth to work through the challenges they are facing while validating them in their experiences. They don't have to go through it alone! I earned a BA in Education from the University of Michigan and an MA in Counseling from Oakland University. I am currently working to obtain my LPC.
