My therapeutic approach is relational, culturally sensitive, and client-centered and using my extensive expertise in Attachment Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy to help you achieve your well-being goals. I'm a Columbia University trained therapist who has supported many individuals and organizations in becoming trauma-informed.
