I am passionate about providing assistance to those who are seeking growth, self-exploration, and healing. I am skilled in working with individuals who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Clients can expect to be treated with respect in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental atmosphere. I use a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has found their passion in treating diagnoses along the anxiety spectrum, including Social Anxiety, Specific Phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety and Trauma/PTSD, I enjoy working with individuals ages 13 and older, and utilize evidenced based treatments to support them in reducing challenges presented by their diagnoses. I have worked in several different settings including residential and intensive outpatient programs. I enjoy working with clients to meet their treatment goals, and celebrate their success with them.

I am a dually licensed clinician and able to treat both substance use disorders and mental health issues. I worked as a counselor/Clinical Supervisor of a Methadone Clinic for 10 years, inpatient care for 3 years, and outpatient services for 11 years. I have a variety of experience working with addiction, depression, anxiety/panic, grief, loss, ADHD, LGBTQ community, couples, women’s issues, and life transitions. My style of counseling is an integrated approach as I believe that every person has the ability to heal and make a positive change. Therapy can be scary, but it’s been my experience that all clients can improve their lives

I have extensive training in trauma as well as Brainspotting, which helps with a variety of issues from daily overwhelm and life transitions to more consuming symptoms. My goal is to give you GOOD therapy! I want to help you heal the root of your issues, not just put on a band-aid.
