Peter has been helping adolescents, adults, and families struggling with addiction and mental health disorders for more than 10 years. He has worked as a counselor, family therapist, and administrator in inpatient substance use disorder treatment and hospital settings. Peter is currently an adjunct professor at Adelphi University School of Social Work and teaches graduate level courses in individual counseling, group counseling, motivational interviewing, and family therapy.
