We use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients with a special interest in self esteem/self worth issues, codependency, NPD & unconscious programming. Some individuals are unaware of limiting thoughts, beliefs & memories and stay stuck. Trapped trauma and unconscious programming plays a major role in mental & physical health problems as well as interpersonal relationships. In addition to psychotherapy we offer a unique & transformational experience called Zerobody Dry Flotation to aid and accelerate the healing process and to re program unconscious programming (one's blueprint of self and life).

Having sexual concerns can be difficult to talk about and I want to create a safe place for you to discuss these challenges so that you feel empowered. If you're a victim of trauma it is not your fault, and I can help you take control of your sexual well-being. There can be a lot of shame around these topics, but addressing sexual discomfort can reduce stress and improve communication as you grow more comfortable in your sexuality. If you're a parent, I also want to help you normalize and understand what your teen is going through as sex and sexuality can be a topic we want to avoid.

While trauma can leave deep wounds and lasting scars, I believe you are infinitely more than a diagnosis, list of symptoms, or your worst experiences. She takes great care to treat children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients with a warm and caring attitude. Melissa graduated from Texas Tech University with her Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
