My therapeutic philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing process. I love supporting my clients in overcoming fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and other difficult barriers that can get in the way of living the life that they want. Learning to face our fears and address our traumas is some of the hardest and most important work that we can do, and I believe that we don't have to do that work alone. My goal is to help my clients reduce their suffering, increase their self-worth, and feel better equipped to handle the hardships that come and go throughout life.

A deep interest in human behavior led Elisabeth to receive a bachelor of psychology from The University of Utah in 2021. Wanting to connect with individuals and aid them on their journey of self-discovery prompted Elisabeth to pursue a Master of Social Work from Northcentral University. Elisabeth enjoys working with children and teens, LGBTQ individuals, individuals with neurodevelopmental (neurodiverse) disorders, and older adults. She also enjoys assisting individuals of various ages struggling with mood disorders, trauma, abuse, attachment, and religious or spiritual issues.

Sometimes we build executive function skills to bolster our flourishing in life. Sometimes we learn how to give time and space to thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions to improve our personal self-mastery. The wounds that we suffer from are often amplified by the lack of a safe space to share our experiences and ask for support. Having experienced various life challenges, I noticed these safe spaces were difficult to find. Offering this support for others is what I value most.

Carlee specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. She worked as a youth mentor at a residential treatment working with teenagers. As a previous English teacher, Carlee has learned to adapt her style to fit each individual needs. Within the therapeutic setting, every person experiences difficult days, Carlee works with her clients to identify these times, find better options within their strengths, and give them clinical support. Brinlee Benard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah who has been practicing since 2017. Brinlee has worked with children and families in an intensive day treatment program working with kids/adolescents suffering from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attachment disorders, conduct disorders, and trauma. She worked with these clients and their families as well as helped run group therapy sessions. Brinlee has also worked in outpatient for a few years working with kids and adolescents. She uses a lot of play therapy, CBT, and ART when working with clients.
