Cynthia Hiles, LCSW received her master's degree in Social Work from University of Southern California three decades ago. She has been a practicing Clinical Social Worker in private practice and in a neonatal intensive care unit in a medical setting. Working with individuals or families coping with a medical crisis or facing a life challenge is her primary focus. Utilizing various treatment modalities, she is able to tailor a tool kit to maximize the therapeutic process in a respectful and compassionate setting.

I have been in practice since 1995 in the mental health profession in a variety of roles: Private Practice, EAP Provider, Critical Care Specialist, Social Service, Custody and Court Service, PTSD, Military Family integration and Separation Issues. My philosophy is eclectic: I strive to deeply listen to my clients, offering reflective support and solution-based resolutions.

Mary Wyman, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, is honored and humbled to be a part of her patients’ work. Every day that she engages in this ministry is another day that she feels blessed. Over the years, Mary’s professional focus has centered on the many facets of grief. She has an ongoing and deep interest in many types of loss, including loss of loved ones, loss of security and identity, changes in relationships, and other types of personal transition. She has over twenty years of experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety diagnoses, psychotic disorders, chronic medical conditions and relationship issues.

Specific areas include mismatched desire, healing from sexual abuse, infidelity, as well as problems related to mood, trauma, and anxiety. My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a caring yet direct approach. I have specialized training in treating substance abuse, work relations, and work problems. I also have training in Christian Education/Spirituality and when appropriate will include those principals.
