We have immediate availability for psychiatric evaluations and med management as well as outpatient psychotherapy for individual, relationship therapy and psychedelic integration. We provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We work with those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, and childhood traumas. We have experience counseling people exploring sexual orientation and identity, consensual/ethical non-monogamy/polyamory and other relationship issues. We also have therapists that specialize in mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy, IFS, EMDR and psychedelic integration and KAP.

Dr. Poleski has experience with children, adults, and older adults in a number of settings. She utilizes an individualized approach that honors each person’s unique self and situation. I appreciate working with individuals who experience (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I believe that everyone has all that they need to reach their full potential as human beings, and I am honored to be a part of the process of their growth and discovery. I am certified to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am trained in Levels I and II Hypnosis. She has practiced in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and schools. Her background is unique in that she is trained in both neuropsychology and school psychology. Thus, she can make medical diagnoses and educational recommendations. Evaluations focus on identifying neurocognitive strengths and weaknesses, as well as assessing behavioral and social-emotional functioning, to clarify diagnoses and make recommendations for supports.
