Hello! I'm a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing psychotherapy at Clearwater Counseling Associates. It is my mission to provide individuals with empathy, care, and compassion to assist in overcoming life's obstacles . I use a variety of theoretical approaches based on the needs of my client. I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses (anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, etc.) and populations (adolescents and adults). I also have experience assisting clients with addictions primarily substance abuse in developing relapse prevention plans in order to maintain abstinence.
