Klinik Psikoloji yüksek lisansımı İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi’nde tamamladim ve Ontario'da lisanslı klinisyen olarak çalışmaktayım. Yetişkinlere yönelik psikolojik değerlendirme ve tedavi hizmetleri sunmaktayım. Terapötik yaklaşımımda Psikodinamik, Bilişsel-Davranışçı, Çözüm-Odaklı ekollere ek olarak Bilinçli Farkındalık (Mindfulness) tekniklerini kullanmakta, ve yaklaşımımı danışanın kendine özgü ihtiyaç ve hedeflerine göre uyarlamaktayım.

I help adult survivors of childhood trauma find relief from the lifelong impact of their childhood hurts. One of the most tremendous ways that trauma impacts us is making a mess of our relationships and emotions. We struggle to feel safe with and to trust others. We may find ourselves bending over backwards for others and getting nothing in return or we're isolated because our attempts to keep ourselves safe have pushed everyone away. Often we feel out of control of our emotions with intense anger, shame, guilt, sadness. Other times we feel numb and struggle to feel them at all. It doesn't have to be this way forever.
