I have experience working in mental health and substance use disorders and began entry level into the field in 2010. I utilize a holistic approach of therapies and modalities through experience in my training in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing techniques, CBT techniques, and Expressive Art therapies and techniques to include journaling, meditation, and visualization.
