I have a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I work with both adolescents and adults. I have significant experience working with those that suffer with substance misuse and addiction. I do not believe this disease is hopeless. I am dedicated to working with those who desire change and want to live a better life.

TJ is a licensed professional counselor, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, certified school counselor, co-founder of Apple Valley Behavioral Health and founder of Synergy Health & Wellness. On the health and fitness side, TJ is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, former NCAA athlete and 4x Ironman that competes in multiple racing events each year.  This unique combination of skills and experiences allows him to deliver a highly effective, multidimensional approach comprised of counseling, exercise, nutritional coaching and wellness practices that create a synergistic effect on overall health and happiness.

My name is Dr. Jeff Selman and I am a licensed psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a certified school psychologist. I offer evidence-based telepsychology services to individuals across the lifespan and their families. These services include autism screening and assessment, individual and family therapy, parent behavior management training and coaching, and consultation and training for schools and community agencies. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy and behavior therapy. My sessions tend to be active, goal-oriented, and engaging. I love the work and welcomes complex and challenging cases.

I provide psychological evaluation and counseling for children, adolescents and young adults, with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, mood disorders, and learning disorders. Counseling is currently provided via telehealth, while testing is conducted in-person.
