I work with all ages with a specialization in children, adolescents and families. I support individuals and families as they navigate daily stressors, symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as past trauma. I acknowledge the importance of a therapeutic alliance as a foundation for the healing journey. I offer a nonjudgmental, warm, caring, and empowering environment. Believing that each client is the expert of themselves, I will work collaboratively with you and/or your child to meet your needs and goals.

We are a multiethnic and multiracial group practice that centralizes care for BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Clients who come to us are working though life challenges related to their identities. They are often in a process of self-exploration, working to make sense of their place and identity in the world where they are made to feel like "the other" and have been marginalized, traumatized, and blatantly microaggressed. We recognize the importance of finding providers who get it, from a shared and lived experience. Here, our aim is connect communities of color and queer communities with providers of color and queer providers.

Our behavioral health care practice offers services to all people including, low-income, migrant and refugee communities in the greater Boston Area and Springfield, Massachusetts. Our Focus is to provide a cost-effective, quality treatment to wide spectrum of society that may not have access to quality, comprehensive care. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for underserved children, young people, families, and individuals to promote and strengthen their mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Meeting the needs of students who learn differently. We provide person and online assessments. Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) Psychological, Neuropsychological Talented and Gifted Assessment IQ Evaluations, Achievement Testing, Social/Emotional Functioning, Learning Disabilities Testing and Autism screening. We also provide educational consults and attend team meetings for the development of the IEP.

Life can be challenging at times.

Like a butterfly emerging into life, a child requires safety, care, and attunement. I believe in supporting child and adolescent emotional growth and developmental processes throughout the life cycle especially when hardships are faced, such as, trauma, bullying, anxiety, and other concerns. My approach is collaborative as I work closely with the parents, schools, and other collaterals involved to enhance over all well-being in every capacity of the child's environment. Always stemming from a strength-based perspective, using Play and Expressive Art Therapies, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, and Somatic Experiencing.

Many of us face daily challenges in work, family, school and careers. When thinking about engaging in counseling, it is always good to think about the goals one wants to achieve along with the purpose of being in counseling. Investing in your own self and being able to externalize your thoughts and feelings is something that I can help you achieve. I feel that my education and work experience along with being a former high school and collegiate athlete will allow me to help you achieve your goals.
