I am Licensed in MA & RI and I work with all people who identify first and foremost as being human, and who are imperfect by nature even if this is hard to admit to self and others; adults, couples, children, teens and their families. My approach is unique in that it involves individual self exploration and discovery rather than diagnosis and treatment plans. My work is based on relationship building which always begins with the relationship with self. My work with children and teens has a strong family component since improving these family of origin relationships supports life long wellness in all members of the family.

They may be grappling with self-esteem or identity issues and are motivated to better understand their needs and feelings. Their goals include building resilience, enhancing mental well-being, fostering healthy connections with others, and finding a sense of purpose and fulfillment in life. They are open to have their believes be challenged, self-help, self-reflection, and are committed to personal growth in order to develop.

I enjoy working with others struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, confidence, spirituality, relationship issues, and self-worth. I often find myself working with those who are learning how to honor their intuition and develop their true and higher selves. I also enjoy working with clients who are open to alternative therapies. I am a heart-centered and strengths-based therapist who meets clients where they are in life and strives to provide a nurturing environment to allow my clients to grow into the best versions of themselves.

My ideal client is someone who is willing to work with me in order to achieve their goal. This includes being able to have back and forth conversation around ways to achieve that goal, as well as have the more difficult conversations when it comes to road blocks and the occasional self sabotaging behavior. I've worked as a school counselor for the past 4 years, and I am excited to now be working as a private practice therapist. I am also a singer-songwriter, yoga instructor, activist, and cat lover. I have had a lot of experiences working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I am open to working with older adults.
