Azhar graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy and a Masters degree in Social Work. She has over 14 years of experience working in mental health. She has worked in adult partial hospitalization programs, outpatient mental health programs and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings.
