I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families of Delaware. My experience include treatment services for Delaware's child welfare system, early intervention and behavioral health services in the school setting, and out patient mental health services.

I specialize in working with individuals who: are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, are recovering from Trauma Related to Religion, have ADHD, suffer from depression, are having relationship issues, suffer from Trauma and PTSD, suffering from addiction, and experience debilitating anxiety. As someone who is also a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I can empathize with many stressors that you may have that relate to that topic. I also work with individuals who identify as straight, as well. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Delaware who believes that any and everyone can benefit from therapy. I enjoy supporting parents as they manage the ups and downs of parenting children of all ages. I utilize evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to treat anxiety, depression, stress, and challenging behavior.

I also has experience working with children with developmental disabilities, including individual and family sessions. My practice is open to children and adults of all ages dealing with various issues including anxiety, trauma, and navigating life changes. My approach is patient-centered and solution focused.
