I work with adolescents (16+), adults, LGBTQ+, families, and couples. I also work with overcoming difficult family and/or personal relationships. My ideal client is someone who is willing to push themselves to be the best they can be by facing the hard issues. Their goals are to "live out loud" as I like to say and be their most authentic selves. The healing journey is not an easy one, but a rewarding one and I promise it will be worth it. I am a registered counselor working with individuals who have the desire to learn new skills in order to reduce feelings of distress while increasing feelings of inner peace. I received my M.S from Northwestern University, and I have more than five years of experience working in the mental health field with diverse populations. I primarily work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.

One of the great benefits of counseling is that, often times, my clients find tremendous freedom just by making insightful realizations with the help of someone with clinical knowledge.
