I have known since I was quite young that my purpose in life is to assist others. I embrace the belief that every individual is deserving of love, kindness, and compassion and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of my client’s healing journey to happiness. I also deeply believe that in order for my clients to progress quickly, they require a safe, compassionate space to express themselves freely and authentically without fear of judgment or criticism. My goals are always to make sure that each and every client feels heard, seen, and honored.

I enjoy working with Clients of all ages and a variety of struggles. I place a strong emphasis on the therapist-Client relationship because I believes it is the key to creating long-lasting change. I work from a person-centered approach that allows the ability to support Clients while they create their own change at their own pace. I go past the symptoms and instead help Clients discover and work through the cause(s) of those symptoms to affect true, positive, and lasting change. I have experience working with a broad range of Clients, including adolescents, adults and older adults.

I have a passion for working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that a family approach to counseling can be beneficial for many to allow change to happen for the whole family unit. I offer a variety of hands-on therapy activities to engage both sides of the brain in the therapeutic process, some include sand tray and expressive arts. I tailor each session based on what the client(s) bring in that day and needs to work on. I have experience working with concerns such as trauma, divorce, life adjustments, behavioral issues, impulse control concerns, self-harm, grief, and self-esteem.

She received her Master's Degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Human Resources.
