I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, Certified Addiction Professional, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a trauma trained and informed EMDR clinician. I would love to help you to understand that struggling with addiction and/or a mental health disorder does NOT define who you are. It is something you have, and it CAN be treated.

My goal is to create an environment that is safe to heal. One that each person can speak freely without fear of judgement or ridicule.I confront the core issues with warmth so that we can tackle each problem one-by-one. I can work with individuals, children, adolescents, couples or families. I am referred to as a "family therapist" because I work with one person or many at the same time. Sessions are tailored to the client needs and goals. Talk therapy is not for everyone and if someone has difficulty expressing themselves we can use other modalities.

Choosing a therapist for yourself or a member of your family can be a difficult decision. The decision to engage in therapy takes true consideration for your wellness and emotional stability. My approach is from a place of compassion.
