Many have been coping with substance abuse, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, panic attacks, chronic pain, co-occuring disorders, low self-worth, codependency and phobias. I have a background facilitating group therapy sessions for adults in recovery and lead family and couples sessions as well as individual counseling sessions.
