The purpose of therapy is to restore the client to a healthy state of life by helping to remove barriers that may hinder this process. I specialize in the mental health care of children, adults, couples and families. My services include individual, group, marriage counseling and family therapy. Parent training, workshops, play therapy and prevention groups are also offered. I have twenty years experience working within the field of mental health. I utilize a number of therapeutic techniques and interventions that are tailored to the the client. I'm an Independent Assessor, Clinical Supervisor, mentor and consultant.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and a Certified- School Social Work Specialist. For the last 24 years, I have welcomed the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly through empowering, advocating, educating and facilitating services to assist them in reaching their goals. I specialize in providing assistance with addictions, co-occuring disorders, depression, PTSD, anxiety, parenting, anger management, children of divorce, trauma, domestic violence, grief, and behavioral difficulties. I also serve as a parent mediator. I believe that the holistic approach can empower individuals, couples, and families to overcome personal obstacles and improve relationships. I provide a warm, supportive, and accepting atmosphere conducive to personal growth and healing.
