I am only taking children/adolescents ages 6-18 currently. Children are our future. We are living in tough times right now. I would love the opportunity to work with your child or adolescent and help them navigate their emotions, learn emotion regulation skills, or distress tolerance skills. I think every person could benefit from learning these skills honestly. I want to invest my time into helping children so that they have more tools to handle stress, and to better manage their emotions.

I have worked in the field of domestic violence, residential care, and as a community mental health provider for more than 26 years. I am currently seeking my doctoral degree in Marriage and Family therapy.
