I specialize in working with children and adolescents and I tailor my approach to meet their unique needs. I can assist people of all ages in managing stressors, anxiety, depression and overcoming trauma, however my true passion is providing play therapy to children. I recognize the significance of building a strong connection with my clients and aim to provide them with a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions and experiences.

I am passionate about providing a safe place for my clients to be heard and seen. It can be hard talking about your insecurities, fears, trauma, and processing emotions. It is a privileged to walk beside my client's through their journey.
