Rachel’s goal in therapy is to provide clients with a strong, stable sense of self and the confidence to live more honestly in relationship with others. As a therapist, Rachel draws heavily on her psychoanalytic training, helping clients access unconscious thoughts that may be affecting day to day life and relationships with the belief that insight itself can be liberating. Rachel’s approach extends beyond the psychoanalytic and is integrative, pulling from behavioralist models as well as family systems and attachment theory when and where appropriate. Rachel works primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples.

My clinical focus is to support you in exploring current concerns, developing insight and strategies to manage/problem-solve and to navigate whatever life throws at you. My training and experience encourage seeing ourselves in the context of our social environments: family, school, jobs, culture. Therapy as a collaborative process, building on the strengths you already have and moving to finding joy in the present moment. I utilize a client centered approach and develop an individualized plan, drawing on family systems, DBT/cognitive approaches, and insight orientated therapy. Dr. Manfre is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Manfre is ADOS certified and served as an Early Intervention Provider for 8 years. Her areas of clinical interest include working with children and adolescents struggling with depression or anxiety, behavior management and parent-child attachment difficulties, and assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

I am a collaborative, strengths-based therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families across the life-span who might be struggling with a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety and family system challenges. Other areas that I am passionate about working with are parent coaching, behavior planning, life transitions and family of origin issues.

Gabriel has vast experience in treating people who struggle with DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, ANGER, and TRAUMA using cognitive behavioral therapy. He employs a family systems approach to address communication and relational issues with families. Katelyn is a Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. She has a well-rounded experience in working with clients from all walks of life – primarily with individuals (18 and up), couples, and families with expertise ready to serve you. Some of her specialty areas include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, anger, adjustment disorders, bullying, grief, parenting, communication, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, sex therapy, women’s issues, and resilience.

Dr. Peterson is a licensed clinical psychologist. In her therapy and testing work with clients, she places a large emphasis on support in addition to symptom reduction. She thoughtfully integrates perspectives from Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Adlerian theory to assist clients through discouragements in their lives that may cause them to feel stuck in life transitions. Mark is a skilled therapist with over twenty years of experience counseling diverse people in various settings. From treating chronically mentally ill adults and conduct-disordered youth to counseling broken families and school-anxious teens, Mark has learned extensive treatments in the field. He values the strength and courage clients show in their most vulnerable times. Through it all, he has learned many therapy principles; the most important being that change can be difficult. Mark approaches therapy understanding that change, with acceptance and perseverance, can build character, hope, and strength.

I have been in private practice for 14 years, during which I have worked with adolescents and adults sorting through a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and spiritual struggles related to mental health.

My name is Sana Mohiuddin, and I am a licensed therapist specializing in family systems and trauma-focused therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training, combined with an Islamically oriented approach.

My passion is understanding stored childhood trauma and the long-term effects it can have on adults; particularly as it relates to addiction issues. Unresolved traumatic experiences very often render a person with feelings of anxiety and depression; particularly for those who were never given the appropriate tools and support to process their trauma.
