I became a Licensed Profesional Counselor to be able to help people reach their full potential and get healthy coping skills to cope with stressors. In today's society, everyone goes through emotional distress and finds different ways to cope with it. Unfortunately, some of those coping mechanisms are unhealthy and create more stress that affects our lifestyle.

Many of the challenges we face come from traumatic events and other stressors. The environment where we live plays a significant role on many of the current problems we are encountering today. People raised in unsupportive environments face numerous difficulties because of not learning the necessary coping skills to manage different life stressors.
