He or she has fears, and anxieties, and create the worst possible case scenarios in his or her inner dialogue for situations that he or she finds threatening or challenging. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families find healthy coping strategies, balance, and fulfillment through empowerment, skill building, polyvagal, and mindfulness techniques. My specialties of couples therapy, aging clients, divorce adjustment and coparenting, and men's issues. . Most couples who attend will seek to improve their relational skills such as better communication, revitalized positive emotions toward each other, or to resolve conflicts. Frequently, families going through divorce will also seek support to deal with the challenges from resolving parenting or co-parenting issues, or improve live changes. For years I have worked with men's issues which range greatly from relational problems to attaining their goals of identity.

I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I enjoy processing with individuals and listening to personal journeys to find a resolution. I was a High School performance art major and find this skill set benefical in providing supports through visual cues using various therapeutic approaches and modalities. I specialize in working with children and families in child welfare. I enjoy working with young children and teens as these are challenging developmental years, trauma and distress from systemic and familial patterns of behaviors, coupled with low parenting, coping, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

I am licensed in Florida with 16 years of clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with life’s adjustments, depression, stress, anxiety, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I additionally have experience working in the couples setting working on decisions surrounding divorce, communication, fertility and many other challenges couples may endure.

I feel privileged when a distressed family, couple, or individual allows me to accompany and guide them through their healing journeys.
