I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, allowing me to implement my eclectic counseling approach to meet the needs of my clients. I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health counselor with a background in clinical supervision and social work. I strive to provide a very relaxed, nonjudgmental, safe space to help support clients move forward in their healing.

I now offer A.R.T. or Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Brainspotting in addition to Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression. All are truly unique ways of healing and finding relief. Clients are reporting less anxiety, less repetitive thinking, and more calm. More ability to self-regulate and move forward in relationships, work and life.

I specialize in walking with people struggling to make sense of difficult things in life. Sometimes the first thing needed is just someone who will listen. Clients that do well with me come because they are hoping to change and are willing to try something new. The same is true for children who do well.Trust your gut. Research shows that when the client feels "good" about the counselor, that feeling is a strong indicators that a counselor will be helpful for the client. I do my best to honor the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek help.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, as well as those who have experienced trauma in their lives. I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of issues and needs. There are times we need extra support and counsel in order to bring about healing and change. This process of healing could include challenging harmful thoughts and behaviors, addressing self-worth, learning to navigate through difficulties, and gaining insight for lasting change.

Changes can be hard and they happen invited or not. I strive to walk along side you while navigating those changes/circumstances in life. Life experience can be a great teacher but we don't have to learn those lessons alone.

Hello, I'm the owner and operator of Wholehearted Health. My company includes trauma and chronic pain therapy, hypnotherapy, medical massage therapy, trauma informed yoga instruction, meditation, and body-mind bridge. My company has grown to work with numerous physical therapy offices, referrals from counseling offices, and wellness companies. My mission is to help clients attune to what's happening in their bodies, slow down and pause fast energies, and balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system responses. The goal of treatment is to provide outpatient mental health services, which eliminate or substantially reduce communication and/or social/ cultural barriers. My treatment encourages the involvement of natural support systems available to individuals and families. The goal is the client should live in the community as least restrictively as possible an environment, with minimal Dependance on public safety and acute care resources. To enable patients to establish or maintain appropriate residences and or to advert crisis and re-hospitalization or more restrictive levels of care. The client has the right to refuse treatment.

I believe that all clients come to therapy with a goal in mind – to reduce discomfort in their lives, manifest change, implement better boundaries, build self-esteem, or become a better version of themselves.
