I work with adults and couples. I specialize in EMDR therapy, trauma recovery and mood disorders. I have significant experience working with grief and loss. I work with a variety of modalities that include CBT and mindfulness, as well as somatic and psychodynamic principles. Solution Focused counseling and Motivational Interviewing can also be helpful to client seeking more short term, immediate solutions. I am a person-centered therapist with a strength in acknowledging, supporting and respecting the unique view points and perspectives of each individual client.

Most of my clients were either not sure about therapy, or they had already had a bad experience with therapy in the past. I pride myself on giving a different kind of experience.
