你是否经历过过去创伤的困扰，或者被未来的焦虑所困扰？是否在家庭关系中感到混乱，对伴侣关系感到迷茫？是否在性别和性取向方面感到纠结和痛苦？在新的国家生活是否充满了恐惧和疑虑？是否曾深陷悲伤，难以自拔？我的专业领域涵盖了伴侣关系疗愈、家庭关系治疗、性心理治疗以及酷儿咨询，同时也包括了创伤疗愈和跨文化咨询。在攻读美国研究生学位期间，我首次接受了心理治疗，亲身感受到了自我转变对于那些看似无解的生活问题所带来的积极变化。这种体验激发了我希望将这种积极转变传递给更多人的愿望。在过去的11年里，我深入研究了各种临床心理治疗理论和实践方法，包括家庭系统疗法、认知行为疗法、创伤治疗等等。同时，我也拥有瑜伽教师的经验，以及在农村成长的亲身经历，这让我深刻理解了心灵与身体、个体与自然之间的紧密联系，以及这种联系的治愈力量。我希望能够运用我的知识和技能，帮助更多人找到希望，认识到内在的自我愈合潜能，并建立积极的人际关系和社会支持。

Growing up in a family shaped by the Cambodian genocide's trauma, I deeply grasp culture, identity, and mental health's intricate interplay. My experiences fuel my dedication to helping individuals navigate trauma, acculturation, and resilience.

We are a team of licensed counselors passionate about working with clients who are seeking mental wellness.
