Hi, my name is Sarah Russell- I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Trauma Professional and have extensive experience in Chronic Illness Counseling. Working with a therapist gives you the tools and techniques to navigate everyday life, support you in making tough decisions, and provide you with positive coping techniques. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help" (NLT).

Challenges in our everyday lives and stressors from work, family, and illness can often hinder us from experiencing the joy that each of us desires. We all want to be able to perform well and enjoy happiness in our lives. Sometimes we need the support of others to help us resolve these issues. Developing solutions to help us manage our daily lives is an important first step in this process. My goal to help & encourage others grew out of teaching, training, & serving children, youth, & parents for more than 20 years in the education and ministry fields. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to encourage & walk alongside children, adolescents, & adults as they navigate life's challenges towards fearless hope, fearless grace, & fearless transformation.
